surprisingly good stay!

the location was great, close to everything. the rooms were clean and modern. we appreciated the comfy beds and the great shower. the supermarket downstairs was super convenient, perfect for quick needs.
The pool could use some tlc. It wasn't the cleanest.

unheated poolminor maintenance
the pool claimed to be heated was anything but. towels were replaced but the apartment floor remained unswept. i noticed several minor maintenance issues, like a loose handle and a dripping tap. it seemed like some details were overlooked.

The location is excellent. I easily walked to the beach. a supermarket downstairs was convenient. every room also includes two sun beds at the entrance.
The cleaning service was not properly executed. There was no actual cleaning of the apartment.

The mix of guests was nice. Families, couples and small groups stayed here. i found the room very quiet at night, allowing me to sleep well. it's a short walk to beaches, restaurants and the siam park. after checking out, i could use the shower, and the front desk provided fresh towels.
the pool was listed as heated, but unfortunately, it wasn't .

mixed feelings about this stay
disruptive noiseinsufficient amenities
the initial impression was decent. however, the noise level at night was quite disruptive. i heard constant screaming and shouting from younger people partying. also, the lack of some basic amenities was disappointing. there was only one small shampoo and shower gel for the entire stay. it felt insufficient for even a short visit.
